Straight Up are made up of an extremely talented female singer and a highly experienced band. The 4-piece outfit perform a wide repertoire of Jazz, Pop, Blues, Soul, Latin and Funk to suit any occasion.
Whether you need music to create a party atmosphere or set the mood by playing in the background Straight Up have a diverse repertoire covering many musical eras and genres that is ideal for any private or corporate function.
The band can seamlessly play through Jazz standards of Billie Holiday and Ella Fitzgerald, to the upbeat sounds of Stevie Wonder, The Jackson 5 and the more recent sounds of Rhianna and Cee Lo Green.
The members of Straight Up have been circulating Melbourne’s music scene for many years and pride themselves on their versatility and endless experience playing at restaurants, cafes, wineries and for weddings and numerous corporate functions.
