Luke started playing guitar back in 2004 playing his first ever shows at festivals around his home town of Melbourne.
Soon to make a name for himself among the industry leading to overseas contracts around the globe, during which time he completed a Bachelor of Music Performance in Contemporary/Jazz.
After years touring as a session guitarist in 2014 Luke began to re-brand himself as a bandleader/vocalist. With the newly formed ‘Luke J Band’ he performed to crowds around Melbourne and wider Australia with 3 to 10 piece line-ups. Shows were seen at events and venues in Melbourne like The Forum, Grand Prix and Australia Open and Melbourne Fringe Festival.
After building a collective pool of talented musicians, actors and dancers the collective was born and based in Yarraville at his recording studio which acts as a creative hub where he continues to create music and build live performances to take to venues around Australia.
